The Fog Diver - Jackal the Scavenger

Poor boy like Jackal needs to collect junk to make a living. He dives into the fog with the tetherbag that connects to his vehicle. Jackal is one of the best 'tetherboy' in the town, known for his camouflage and trickery inside the fog. Almost everything that he wear is homemade; gas mask, tetherbag, lifeline belt, weapon, etc.
